Took about two weeks to get here but the clippers do work very well. Did a Corgi in about a half hour taking my time and took a short break , it didnt get too hot, which was what I was worried about. This seems to be a good quality pair that I feel confident to recommend to someone who clips their dog once in a awhile. Thats all I can recommend as that all I have done with it. If you are looking to use clippers once in awhile for your animal I feel these should last you years.

I really wish I'd gone ahead and paid the money for these clippers years ago! It was wonderful not having to shave the same spot over and over again to get the hair removed. Not only was it quicker, but the shave turned out smooth with these clippers, unlike the uneven, unprofessional look I got with some cheaper ones I had. Another great thing about the Oster Powermax 2 was the fact that I didn't need a blade guard. With my cheap clippers if I didn't use a blade guard my dog would literally get razor burn, but that wasn't a problem with these. The only reason I didn't give these clippers 5 stars is that the blade did heat up a little too quickly, although not as fast as I was afraid. I had the Kool Lube spray at hand which I used three times. I'm definitely glad that I got these clippers--the summer shave down is now a lot easier and stress-free for both me and my dog.

Clippers stopped working within first 5 minutes of use. No big deal, it happens, I understand. [...] gave RA# and asked us to send it back as soon as possible. [...] takes up to 6 weeks to process returns. As of right now, they have lost my return (USPS delivered 7/12, as of 7/14 Entirely Pets as no idea where it is). Even once they find it, phone operator told me they will wait at least 4 weeks to actually open and scan it. Unacceptable return practices. If I ran my business this way, I would be laughed out of business, and rightly so.

The clippers were well worth the money. We have had a hard time finding a good groomer and I was tired of paying the money, so I decided to buy these clippers. They work great, cut right through our cocker spaniels thick hair. They do get hot, but that is simply a side effect of how the clippers work. Not a big deal at all.

Bought a couple of cheaper clippers from walmart and they basicly brush the dogs hair without triming much. This set is great the hair falls off with ease and they pay for themselfs in a few groomings. They will start to heat up whithin a 5 minutes of use so as long as you spray them with oil every 5 mins they will stay cool enough.
No more groomer expences :)
